The State Bank of India has announced a new recruitment opportunity for experienced professionals through SBI SCO Recruitment 2026. This recruitment drive is for 207 Specialist Cadre Officer (SCO) posts in SBI’s Wealth Management vertical. The vacancies are available across 17 SBI Circles in India.

The recruitment includes positions such as Zonal Head (Retail), Regional Head, Relationship Manager–Team Lead, Investment Specialist, Investment Officer, VP Wealth and AVP Wealth. Unlike many regular bank recruitments, there is no written examination for these posts. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their applications and then called for a personal interview.

Who is eligible for SBI SCO Recruitment ?

Candidates applying for SBI Specialist Cadre Officer posts must have a Graduate degree from a Government-recognized University or Institution. An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred for the recruitment. Relevant professional certifications such as NISM, CFP and CFA are also preferred.

The age requirement is another important condition. Candidates must be between 23 and 50 years of age, with the maximum age limit being 50 years.

The application fee and intimation charges are Rs. 750 for UR, EWS and OBC candidates. There is no application fee for SC, ST and PwBD candidates.

SBI SCO Selection Process

The selection process for SBI SCO Recruitment 2026 is different from many other SBI recruitment drives.

The salary package offered under this recruitment varies according to the position.
