Educational Qualifications
A Graduate from a recognized university. Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying the eligibility criteria. The university/ institute should be recognized / approved by Government; Government Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC etc.

Salary
Junior Assistant Manager compensation on a Cost to Company (CTC) basis would range from Rs. 6.14 lakh to Rs. 6.50 lakh (Class A city) at the time of joining. While Executives will be paid a lump sum/fixed remuneratio Rs. 31,000/- per month.
Rs.29,000/- per month in the first year,Rs.31,000/- per month in the second year and Rs.34,000/- per month in the third year of service.
